I hovedrollene finner vi Sandra Bullock og Julian McMahon. Premonition er en meget lett utgave av Memento. Filmen starter ikke overbevisende, og det er trøtte og kjedelige rollefigurer vi blir kjent med. Heldigvis tar Premonition seg litt opp etter hvert, og den blir til tider spennende. Men når Premonition virker lovende, så tryner den totalt på slutten. Slutten er forutsigbar og fjollete. Se heller Memento.
