Stereo Future (2001)

Musikk, miljø, samuraier og kjærlighet.

Stereo Future er en kjærlighetsfilm, en leken sådan. Tøff og passende filmmusikk med strålende kameraføring, og en vakker dame ved navn Akiko Monou som fortryllet meg. Hun virker så skjør i Stereo Future. Stereo Future har triste, morsomme og forvirrede rollefigurer. Temaet er selvsagt kjærlighet og leting etter trygghet. Unge mennesker som er i etableringsfasen har det ikke alltid like lett. De må ofre drømmer for å nå sine mål, noe som ikke alle aksepterer.

Til tider var Stereo Future en fortryllende film, men samuraiscenene var regelrett kjedelige og ødela hele rytmen til filmen som ellers var nesten perfekt. Scenene med Eri Momozaki var de beste. Akiko Monou er helt fantastisk i denne filmen. Det var noe helt spesielt med Stereo Future. En kul og moderne kjærlighetsfortelling, helt til samuraiscenene dukket opp. Scenene kunne ha fungert hadde de ikke blitt for lange.
