The brother hangs around with some evil people, and Dragon tries to find him to take him back to the martial arts school. Dragon får et problem når hans bror blir utvist fra kampsportskolen der de bor og trener. Broren blir kjent med noen dårlige mennesker, og Dragon forsøker å finne ham for å ta ham med tilbake til kampsportskolen.
