Takeshis’ (2005)

Beat Takeshi møter Mr. Kitano.

Takeshi Kitano blir bare særere med årene, noe han viser med Takeshis’. Sjanger er actionkomedie, og handlingen er ikke enkel, hvis det i det hele tatt er en historie å fortelle. Det er ikke lett å skjønne hva som foregår i Takeshis’. Spesielt den siste halvtimen er det man kaller kunstnerisk, meget kunstnerisk. Jeg falt av lasset totalt, men jeg hygget meg med gode og sære scener som ikke hørte hjemme noen plass.

Takeshis’ er ikke en film en gapskratter av. Den er morsom, men på en spesielt måte, Takeshi Kitano måten. Det er noen glimrende scener her som det oser kvalitet av, og det er deilig å se denne type filmer som ikke følger den samme formelen gang etter gang. En må kjenne litt til Takeshi Kitano for å få fullt utbytte av denne filmen.
